bước 1: Tạo và tải tệp API Key (service Account)
truy cập trang google Cloud Console.
chọn Dự án (Project) mà bạn muốn sử dụng google Speech-to-Text.
Vào IAM & Admin > service Accounts.
chọn create service Account.
Cấp quyền Owner hoặc Editor.
Chuyển đến tab Keys, chọn Add Key > create new key.
chọn json và tải về file .json.
